About this house rental
Modern Tourist Housing, ideal chalet for vacations, getaways, gatherings of friends and family, small groups maximum 8 people, parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Garden, terrace, swimming pool, barbecue, for greater enjoyment in the private basement: pool table, table tennis, bar area, Chester sofa and basic gym equipment, jacuzzi (not included in the price, consult, it is contracted separately).
Large fully equipped American kitchen with comfortable living room with views of the garden in front of the terrace and pool. Storage heating, electric fireplace, SmartTV, Free WiFi.
4 Rooms with double bed measuring 1.50X1.90, wardrobe and side tables with views of the pool.
2 large bathrooms with large shower, 80cm sink,
Washing machine, hair dryer.
In the basement, garage for 2 cars.
Also in the basement is a fun area with: Pin-pong table, billiards, basic gym equipment, darts and the possibility of hiring a separate inflatable Jacuzzi with bubbles and hot water. Chester sofa and bar area.
Garden with charcoal barbecue for when the sun shines. Pool measuring 5mX7m and a height of 0.90m. at 1.45m, fenced for the safety of children and the elderly. Fantastic terrace with a service table and bamboo blinds with an overhanging cover in front of the living room and the pool that will delight lunches, snacks, dinners.
You will have information with access via Smartphone to the Cultural agenda of the main cities that surround us, such as Pontevedra, Vigo, Cangas, Moaña, Portugal. Concerts and other events are common. We also have paper information, maps, guides, specialized tourist books.

There was nothing terrible about this house, but it is a bit run down and very basic. The jacuzzi that cost us 30 euros/day is a small inflatable in a curtained off area of the garage-not the most inviting. Overall, it was fine. Because we had a rental car, the location was good and central to the areas we wanted to explore. The hosts are very nice.

We had a very comfortable stay in A Casa NovA. it is very clean and well stocked villa in a nice rural location. It has everything you need for a relaxing break. Great facilities for the kids with the pool, table tennis table and pool table. Easy 20mins drive to Pontevedra. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you!!
