We had a very nice stay. The apartment corresponds to the photos on the website and is very tastefully furnished. There is a bicycle storage room for hire bikes. The only drawback: there were no towels on arrival. We had to buy them ourselves. It would have been nice to have been informed in advance.

Fantastic apartment in centre of town (shops and bakery with 2min walk). Fantastic outside space for the summer with terraces on both sides of the building. Clean and easily accessible. Host organised key pickup from Barbara
The only complaint was there were no towels (not even hand towels in the w/c or kitchen) and it is not clear in the advert that towels are not provided. When asked about towels, the management person seemed surprised and uncertain.
We also felt like it could be made clearer there is no toilet in the ensuite bathroom, but rather there is a toilet in the utility cupboard. Also that the bunk bed room only has access to shower via the other bedroom. It did not impact our stay but it might if staying as a family
Overall was a pleasant stay and would stay there again

We spent a long weekend in Knokke. The apartment within walking distance of the beach was fine. It was nice that we could use the two roof terraces.The advertisement appealed to us because of the fact that we could use four bicycles. That way we could also see some of the environment. Unfortunately on arrival it turned out that there were only two bicycles and a children's bicycle that were unusable. We discussed this via chat with the owner and organization Vrbo and we asked for a solution. This has cost us a lot of time and energy. Which was a pity. Communication with the owner was disappointing. Vrbo wanted to cooperate, but in the end could not mean much.
We rented the bikes ourselves. We have asked to reimburse the bicycle rental. To date, we have not received any response from either party...
