About this apartment rental
Quiet apartment with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Netflix/Magenta TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine in Duisburg Rheinhausen, with good access to the highway; trains and buses are within walking distance, and it’s about a 25-minute drive to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair; ideal for business travelers.
The Accommodation:
The 68-square-meter apartment features two bedrooms—each with a 1.80-meter and a 1.60-meter box-spring bed, respectively—as well as a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and dining table, offering enough space for 5 people. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.
In addition, a Hauck travel crib measuring 125 x 65 x 76 cm can be provided upon request.
In addition to the appliances—an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, and a drip coffee maker for the provided thermos—the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, from pans and dishes to spices, vinegar, and oil.
For days working from home, there’s a large, well-lit desk with a comfortable desk chair.
In the evenings, you can relax just as well on the 55-inch TV with Netflix and Magenta TV as you can on the private balcony.
The modern, bright bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, as well as a hair dryer, and offers plenty of space for your personal care products.
Check-in is handled via the electronic door lock. The living room is also equipped with a Minut Home sensor (decibel sensor). A washer and dryer are also available in the apartment.
Guest access:
Access is via self-check-in using an electronic door lock with a PIN code. You will receive detailed check-in instructions 2 days before arrival. The apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment building. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. Free parking is available along the street in front of the building. There is usually always a spot available. You will have the entire apartment to yourself.
