A stunning beachfront luxury Villa Prova 2***** is a true holiday-gem on the island of Krk In Croatia. With breathtaking sea views, this villa features a private outdoor pool, access to a shared indoor pool, a sauna, and a gym. Tucked away near the vibrant tourist attractions of Malinska, this villa offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience.
Set just a few steps away from the pebble beach of Rova, this marvelous house can accommodate up to 8 persons and their pets. Villa features 4 comfort bedrooms, of wich 3 are with double bed and an en-suite bathroom and 4th bedroom is with bunk bed, ideal for children. Sleep like a baby and wake up to a beautiful seaview while listening to the sounds of crickets.
Go downstairs to make a coffee in the modern kitchen, connected to dining area and a comfortable living room with a sofa where you can sit and watch the pool and the sea while sipping on your coffee. Or step outside and dip in the saltwater swimming pool with a seaview.
When hot or rainy, check the basement for relaxation and fun. Dip in the pool, get sweaty in sauna, exercise to stay fit and simply enjoy life. All mentioned facilities of the underground floor are available for shared use by guests of both villas Prova.
Explore the island by boat, a car or a bike. Being in Malinska, you have access to many beaches and 300 kilometres of cycling routes running by the main road, by the sea and through the fields!
Book a boat tour to visit the nearby islands of Rab, Cres, Losinj or Goli otok, each unique in its own way.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Safety deposit of 500 € may be charged upon arrival.
One well behaved pet up to 5 kilos is welcome with an extra charge of 35 € per day.
The basment area (indoor pool, sauna and gym) is for shared use of both villas.

Absolutely stunning property. Comfortble, spatious, clean and all equipment and amenities you need to have a perfect stay, sleep well, cook inside and outside, enjoy the pool and relax in the sauna.

Beautifully furnished villa just a step from the sea, great views.
Outside pool and BBQ area are so great to be and there is also great indoor spa and relax area with heated pool, sauna, relax room and gym room... Ana, the owner is just great - very friendly and helpful :).
We are coming back next year for sure!!!
