In the municipality of Selva, amidst the stunning, alpine scenery of Val Gardena, the holiday apartment Marangon perfectly unites tradition and modern design within walking distance of several ski lifts. The flat is situated in the Chalet Da Mont, which in 2013 renovated a 500-year-old farmhouse to construct several holiday flats. Refurbishing the rustic wood of that same farmhouse to craft new furniture, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), 2 modern bathrooms, and a living/dining room with a sofa bed and an integrated, well-equipped kitchen. This child-friendly property can therefore accommodate 8 people and furthermore includes Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a baby cot, children's bed and a highchair. Outside on their private balcony, guests can admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and savour a glass of wine. Due to the chalet’s optimal location, a selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are just within a 10-minute walk from the apartment in the centre of the town Santa Cristina. Furthermore, many ski-lifts are in the immediate proximity of the chalet: the lifts for Sellaronda, Ciampioni, Col Raiser/Seceda, Monte Pana and Siusi Alps are all reachable on foot.

Loved loved loved this apartment! Views amazing! Location optimal for touring all of the dolomites. Grocery store a short walk away. Several lovely restaurants also a short walk away. Perfect stay!

Pros: The house is well furnished, super clean, great wooden art work in the apartment. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. The place is at an extremely beautiful location with access to a lot of dolomiti sites. The host is super kind and helpful.
