About this villa rental
Recently restored house in the heart of the village of Mali Kosi located. Surrounded by nature and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. It is only 6 km from Labin, the largest city in the area, and only 4-7 km from the tourist town Rabac. Here you can learn about the cultural heritage of the Istrian peninsula and other important monuments and beautiful coastline with many bays. Small towns in the area are interesting, historic brick buildings. There are also high tower in the small towns surrounded by meadows and olive groves. A typical agricultural products in this area, combined dining satisfaction guarantee with seafood.
The villa is located along some very interesting bike paths.
This villa is situated on a hill and offers an exceptionally beautiful view of the area of Kvarner.
The villa has a separate unit. First floor 4 beds + 1 extra bed. Second floor 4 beds + 2 extra beds. Each floor has its own kitchen, bathroom and private terrace.
The house can only be rented as a whole.
The house is decorated in typical Istrian style. The device according to today's standards. In the garden behind the house, your children can play left out while you relax in peace. You can also visit Labin, which is called the city of artists, with its galleries, shops and historic sites. Our villa is furnished to a high standard and offers all services necessary for an unforgettable holiday in Istria. We had an amazing stay at Villa Pavincica in Mali Kosi near Rabac. Lovely house, well-equipped, beautiful views, great pool! The location is fantastic and Petra and Leo were really helpful when we arrived. Thank you!

The house is at a quiet town 20 minutes of really small streets away from Labin (Here youll find shopping and restaurants). The pool is well placed with relaxing deckchairs to sit in the sun and enjoy some downtime. The view onto the sea and the island across is amazing and makes great background for Pictures.
Sadly the house has two stories with the top one being the only one with an AC with it only being in the main room not the bedrooms. During our stay the bottom floor had a run in with local centipedes in their beds and house centipedes are a common sight. The kitchen could use some more cookware as some of the pans and pots were already quiet run down. Oh and if you wanna work remote best bring your own wifi as the included wifi is SIM based and quiet unstable. Because of these issues we sadly cant really give a total 5/5 stars. Still we really enjoyed our trip and the host makes communicating easy so if you get a good deal I can recommend this apartment!

A 15 minuters ride from Labin on small and winding roads, is the beautiful location of Villa Pavincica. The outside areas are great and Petra was very nice and helpful. The upper apartment is larger and more modern than the lower one. The two kitchens where a bit sparcely equiped, but otherwise good for two families travelling togheter. All in all a lovely vacation.

The house was perfect for us, two families eight people in total. Amazing position with great view and just fifteen minutes drive to very nice beaches. Very clean and confortable house with a beautiful outdoor area and nice pool .
Petra and Leo are perfect host, it was a real pleasure to meet them.
The surrounding is also attractive for hikers and bikers.
