About this house rental
The non-smoking holiday home is a wooden house and is located on the Eifel National Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Kalltalsperre in a quiet residential street with no through traffic. An extensive forest area with countless hiking trails starts 200 m from the house.

The garden measures 900 m², of which approx. 850 m² are completely fenced, so that you can also spend a relaxing holiday with your dog.
Rursee, Monschau, Eifel Vogelsang National Park, Nideggen, Einruhr and Rurberg are only 10-20 km away.
The living area is approx. 75 m² + 12 m² south balcony. In the basement there is a large living-dining room with kitchenette and counter, a small hallway and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs are a bedroom with 2 single beds that are separated from the staircase by a curtain, and a bedroom with a double bed and a cot that is separated from the staircase by a wall.
Behind the house is a 20 m² large, invisible terrace and a lockable garden house with garden furniture and grill. The house has a parking space.
In the house there is WiFi (unlimited) and a netbook for free internet use. Making calls within Germany is also free of charge.

A warm and comfortable property, well located and with all required ammentities

The house was quaint warm and comfortable with all that we needed. It is in a quiet area with beautiful scenery. The owner speaks English, lives opposite and was helpful when we had any queries. The only drawback was the very steep and narrow staircase which I understand is being replaced soon.
