About this house rental
Beautiful house (~100 m²) in a secluded farmhouse, lovingly restored.
In a beautiful location in the middle of nature with a stream to relax or play;
Lots of space on two floors, living below, sleeping above.
On the upper floor: 2 single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, bathroom (shower, bath, 2 sinks)
First floor: cozy living room, kitchen (fridge, stove (oven + ceramic hob), microwave, ...), large guest toilet with washing machine.
East terrace, west terrace, garden use
All wooden ceilings, mostly parquet floors, no carpets
Child-friendly secure staircase with gate
Surroundings of meadows, forests and fields as well as a stream along the site
Parking available, no traffic
Many destinations for excursions in the region:
Freiberg, 8 km: the largest mineral collection in the world, the largest visitor mine for ore extraction, an extraordinary cathedral, Silbermann organs, organ concerts, a beautiful old town, a swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool;

This was a very nice place to stay.

We stayed in this place over New Years with our friends from Spain. The interior was great and the beds pretty comfortable. I am still faszinated of the tabel and lounge of solid wood. Everything was in a good status and clean. The terrace in front of the living room might be a great place to relax in the summer time. In the time we have been there, it was to cold to relaxe seeing the horses and the pond with the geese.
The renters family was very friendly when we asked for some spicery for our chili and helpfull finding attaktions in the area that fit us. We choose the mining site inspection in the next bigger town called Freiberg. Unfortunately we called to late so we have missed it. So we dicedet to visit the historic center of the city. Its really worth it!!!! At our next visit we will chose the same vacation home and catch up that mining adventure.
We are very happy with our choise of this holyday flat and we are planing to come back in the summer time when the whole place lights up in green.
* We were lucky seeing fresh newborn cat babys at this place - sooooo cute!!!!!
