This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo located on the third floor of this walk-up building, has everything you need for a perfect family getaway whether it be in the summer for the beach or in the winter to enjoy Ocean City’s Winterfest of lights! With a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunkbed, this condo comfortably sleeps a family of 4. Even better, Raffles 306 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays!
Enter this wide-open condo and be welcomed by the brand New for 2023 luxury vinyl plank flooring and newly renovated kitchen, well equipped for the nights you just want to stay in and cook. The beautiful marble countertops provide plenty of space and are also home to seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Wander into the living room and relax in front of the large smart TV, stream your favorite shows and relax in the AC after a fun-filled day at the beach or the seasonal community outdoor pool. Evenings are total bliss sitting on the private balcony directly overlooking Northside Park. Northside Park is Ocean City’s largest and most popular park and home to the Recreation and Parks Department’s Administrative offices. This 58-acre complex boasts three lighted softball/baseball fields, a lighted soccer field, multipurpose field, a foot bridge, concession stands, accessible playground, picnic shelter, two piers, over 1 mile of walking/jogging paths and a state-of-the-art outdoor exercise area. Indoor facilities include a Community Center with 14,200 square foot gymnasium, kitchen, community room, conference room, patio, sitting areas and a Sports Center annex with a 21,000 square foot multi-use arena. Raffles had the best location for fireworks on July 4th! Didn’t have to go anywhere! Nice pool short walk to the beach! Great walking distance to Montego Bay market and shopping center!!! We loved staying there!

Walk to beach, store and restaurant. Cool off in pool. Unit has outside AC compressor so quiet inside living area. Hard flooring in main living area is perfect for beach cleanup

Location to the beach and softball field we were playing at were great! House was relatively clean other than a few small things. Extremely disappointed with the temp of our house upon check in. The thermostat wasn't working so our house was 85° when we got there. On call said someone would be out 1st thing in morning, so needless to say we had a miserable night of trying to sleep in extreme heat. We were there for a softball tournament so my daughter was exhausted for her games the next day. Maintenance still wasn't there to fix it at 10:30 in the morning so I had to call again. AC wasn't fixed until mid-afternoon. I requested a refund for the first night, but instead of that I got a request to book an additional night at a discounted rate. Very disappointed!
