This cute and efficient one-bedroom unit in the coveted Crystal Beach area of Destin proves that you can be small and live large. Sleeping six is easy with a King bed in the Primary Bedroom, a set of bunks tucked away in a hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has been fully upgraded with a new flooring, a large walk-in-shower and a new vanity counter. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving meals and there is even an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. But best of all, this adorable unit is just steps away from the emerald green waters and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico! Lounge on the patio with a water view or relax by the community pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, or you can rent bikes from the neighborhood shop and do some coastal cruising. Experience the beach in your own little slice of heaven….book today to enjoy!
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV

We had such a wonderful time. This place is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. Our only issue is…….to many private beach areas. But this wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

I loved being able to see the ocean from the living room. The space was perfect for my 4 month old grandson and myself while my daughter in law was staying nearby with a bachelorette party. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo itself is 5/5! Maybe the cleanest place we’ve stayed in and had everything we needed. The main thing to note is that though it has easy access to the beach, the access immediately across from the unit is hardly an access. The 2 resorts on either side of the public access have roped off their sections of beach and the remaining space between is laughable. Our jaws hit the floor and we decided we’d find another access because it was like sardines in a can. If you walk out of the unit and down to the left, there’s another access at the end of the block across the street from Camille’s. Still sandwiched between privatized areas of the beach, but more spacious and less ropes so it felt more welcoming. The condo was spectacular, but because of the beach access issue, I wouldn’t choose to go back to this area of Destin again—if you pay all this money to go to the beach, you want a good beach experience. The other occurrence was the upstairs neighbor (who seems to live there) who would thud across the unit at 2 or 3 in the morning each night. My husband had to even go up and ask him to quiet down one night because he was waking up from all the noise.All in all, we had a very good time and enjoyed eating dinner one night at Camille’s for a treat. Delicious, unique, and nothing like being able to walk to dinner from your rental!
