Finca built in the fifteenth century, completely renovated respecting the original design of the spaces. The comfort of the modern is perfectly combined with the charm of the old pieces. Comprehensive rehabilitation of the entire farm in 2018. Located on Dr. Street Miquel Oliva i Prat, beautiful location within the old town and very close to the Girona Cathedral.
Large apartment of 70 m2 with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a double room with bathroom. Parquet, heating and air conditioning. It is a very cozy apartment because of the warmth of the materials used. The furniture highlights the value of the original stone walls and the elements of the historical past of the estate.

Moments of special interest in the city are the Holy Week processions, the Time of Flowers (May) and the San Narciso fairs (October / November).
The city is perfectly situated for day trips in France, Barcelona, the Pyrenees and the Costa Brava, and has a High Speed Train (AVE) station connecting Madrid-Barcelona-France.

It's a beautiful property. A little challenging to get to, but we had no problems. It would have been nice to have coffee in the room. The bed tends to sag in the middle. Overall, we really liked our stay there. The property management was great!!

Situated steps away from the Cathedral, this little gem has all of the amenities of a new flat situated in Old Town Girona. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping is within a 2 minute walk.
