This is a privately managed by Second Home Hosting. All items in the property are owned by the mgmt. team, so please DO NOT take them. (Spoons, forks, towels, sheets, coffee maker, pens, etc.)
•We charges a security deposit that varies per stay depending on the amount of days stayed. We charge 1 month rent as security deposit and is mandatory but will be refunded after your stay.
• This is is NOT a full service hotel and does not include services other than what is described in the listing. (No minibar, No daily housekeeping, etc.) Some extra services may be requested at an extra charge.
