About this apartment rental
No matter the season, you’ll find a paradise here for young and old alike. In winter, cross-country skiers will find kilometers of trails—some of which are FLOODLIT—as well as 6 SKI LIFTS, 1 CHILDREN’S LIFT, and a SKI SCHOOL right nearby. For non-skiers, there’s a SLED LIFT in town.
In summer and fall, there are ideal mountain bike trails leading all the way up to FELDBERG (1,498 meters above sea level), BELCHEN, or even TITTISEE and HINTERZARTEN, offering spectacular panoramic views. For HIKERS, there are endless HIKING TRAILS with plenty of places to stop for refreshments at the incredibly cozy MOUNTAIN HUTS. We highly recommend the guided hiking tours. You can find them under “NaTourPur”—it’s well worth it!!!
And of course, for MOTORCYCLISTS, it’s an absolutely fantastic starting point for great panoramic tours.
FREIBURG is worth a visit ANY TIME OF YEAR—whether for SHOPPING or CULTURAL EXPERIENCES—and you can reach it in about 20 minutes or even FOR FREE BY BUS.
Just 2 km away is the STEINWASEN AMUSEMENT PARK—a zoo with rides. A day trip to COLMAR, STRASBOURG, or BASEL is definitely worth it. The WORLD-RENOWNED EUROPAPARK is about a 45-minute drive from here. A small NATURAL LAKE about 400 meters away offers a refreshing dip in the summer.
Motorcyclists will also find plenty to enjoy here. Your pride and joy will, of course, have a dry spot in our garage. From here, you can set out on both short and long rides.

Appartment was nice and clean. The village is very quiet. The environment is beautiful. The hosts are very helpful for questions and advise.

Lovely apartment on the ground floor. Good base for visiting the Black Forest. Just wish we had spent more time in the area. Carolin great in communicating with us and available when needed. Washer and dryer are not in the apartment, but our laundry was washed and dried for us. Would highly recommend staying here.
