We loved the location, the size of the place was perfect for our family of 4. Check in and accessing the property was easy and clear. We never did get the front door to work for us to get in our out, we always used the back door. The floors in the kitchen were sticky and the place could use a deep cleaning (mainly dusting under all the furniture). We were hoping to adjust our trip to get home before a snow storm that was coming in but the property manager would not flex for us even though the property was available. It is clear this is owned by a large property management. Not very personable, very robotic.

The communication with Kristen was fantastic. The space is set up so well and is decorated so cute! While it was too wet outside for us to enjoy, the courtyard was fantastic. We spent our first Christmas away from home together here and it felt like home. Plenty of room for us all to stretch out. It was close to everything we needed to do. There was a transient person hanging out by the courtyard entrance but when my husband asked him to move on, he did without incident. While we didn’t let anyone go outside alone, we did not feel unsafe. I would recommend the courtyard entrance. The front stairs are a bit difficult to navigate. It was nice to unload the truck into the courtyard area and then take it up the stairs. The coffee bar was so cute. The bathroom and shower were great and it was so nice to have the half bath too! We had a great stay.

When we booked this, the property had a 5/5 star rating which was part of why we booked it even though it was a little more expensive than other options. While there was nothing “wrong” with the property, I certainly wouldn’t say it was a 10/10. The apartment was dusty and there was an odd smell in the kitchen. There was also a homeless person posted up at the front door who literally fell into the apartment when we opened the front door from the inside lol. I definitely recommend using the back door through the gated courtyard—that was a nice touch and made it feel safer. Also, we were given the wrong door code originally, but the property manager promptly responded to my message regarding this. She was very friendly and accommodating. We only needed 2 of the 3 bedrooms, but one bedroom’s light and fan did not work. Again, this property worked for what we needed it for but it wasn’t what I would consider “exceptional”.
