Set in a peaceful location, 30 Minutes to the Beach, Villa Vincenzo is a charming villa surrounded by its own private gardens, pool and olive grove.
It has been completely refurbished, renovated and modernised since 2019.
The property is completely enclosed so you can be sure that your children can wander in the grounds and play with the many toys and games available and still be perfectly safe.
The Villa is fitted with a monitored alarm system, Window and door security grills and shutters for your peace of mind even though the location is a very safe area.
Enjoy a dip and cool off in the pool or just relax on the hanging chairs or covered seating area on the patio or on the sun loungers by the pool.
Inside you will find a comfortable lounge with Smart TV and a dining area with seating. The covered terrace also has a table and seating area for al fresco dining and lounging.
For the cooks among you there are ample utensils for preparing family meals for cooking in the kitchen or on the outside brick built BBQ.
The long corridor leads to three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twins. All the bedrooms have bedside tables, ample storage space and Air conditioning.
The property also comes with an outdoor shower, secure gates and FREE WiFi. A car is essential and car hire is available at both airports and can usually be booked on line.

Shopping: Puglia is famous for its wine, olive oil, pasta, cheeses which can be bought locally and to suit all budgets. For those of you who have a taste for fashion you can find designer names in clothing, footwear and leather goods.
There is also a market in Ceglie Messapica every Saturday morning, selling things old and new. You need to get up early as its over by 1pm.

It was truly fantastic. Both the trulli house, the swimming pool, and the surroundings. The contact with Paolo and Costanza also went very smoothly. A hidden gem!

Clean, spacious well equipped property in a private, rural location. Lovely pool and outside eating area. Annie was fantastic and full of helpful information and suggestions. A hire car is essential to access services and see the local area. Lovely beaches and hill-top towns within 15-45 min drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, so peaceful and a great place to relax and unwind. Annie was fantastic and provided the best welcome pack ever! Some lovely towns to visit within easy driving distance with Matera the icing on the cake. Villa was a bit isolated but great if you just want peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our family vacation in Puglia a lot. There are so many things to see and experience. The location of the property is a bit further away in the countryside as expected, but we enjoyed the privacy and the quietness a lot.
Annie, the property manager has been wonderful! Professional, helpful and available when needed.
