Nestled in the heart of Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile, Casa Bella is an immaculate four-bedroom townhouse set within the exclusive beachfront community of Marbellamar, just steps from the golden sands of Casablanca Beach. Recently renovated to the highest standards, this elegant home offers refined comfort, spacious interiors, and a truly privileged location—undoubtedly one of the finest addresses on the coast.
Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful residential area composed of elegant townhouses in a prime beachfront setting. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Bella is not suitable for stag or hen parties or guests wishing to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and help maintain a serene atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
From this exceptional location, guests can unwind in tranquillity or stroll along the Paseo Marítimo to discover Marbella’s vibrant offerings. To the east lie the charming Old Town and the stylish Marina, lined with boutique shops and traditional tapas bars. Just a few hundred metres west are the world-renowned Marbella Club and Puente Romano Resort, home to Michelin-starred restaurants, sophisticated beach clubs, and chic lounges. The townhouse has been beautifully refurbished to blend timeless style with modern luxury. Myself and friends (5 ladies in total) had an amazing stay at Casa Bella. Communications with the host was always outstanding and the house exceeded our expectations. It was far more spacious than we imagined and the roof terrace and other outside spaces were perfect. Check-in was a breeze and I would not hesitate to return or recommend. Thank you!

The Finest Rentals at Marbellamar staff really worked hard to make sure we could get into the house easily and had any issues addressed. I appreciated being able to communicate with them via messages on VRBO, email, and via text once we were traveling. When our time for check-in got extended with our driving through Gibraltar, they sent us videos of each step of our check-in including finding the key, and working with the parking barriers for the area. Once we arrived, we found they had left us bread, ham, cheese and basic food needs! It was so welcome with our two always-hungry boys and after driving all day. The Casa Bella was spacious and convenient for our needs while in Marbella. The four of us enjoyed the four bedrooms, baths and the two terraces on three levels. It could accommodate up to seven people, but anyone else would be on couches. We had a peek-a-boo view of the sea and the mountains from the top floor terrace and it is an easy walk down to the promenade and beach, about ten townhouses further to the end of the road. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Location was good for the beach. 30 minute wander into Marbella enter. A good choice of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Handy for supermarkets. The villa it self was ok, not great. The kitchen was well stocked which was a plus. We had a continuous issue with the air condition dripping through a ceiling which an engineer attempted to fix every day but the same started every night with the dripping so had to be switched off. This made nights very uncomfortable. The engineer also left a mess in the bathroom which we had to clean. The downstairs bedroom is not suitable for two adults and the mattresses are too thin and uncomfortable. Furnishings are a little worn and stained also. It’s a shame, as, for the price, we were all left a little disappointed.
