About this villa rental
Villa Josip is a charming holiday home located in an idyllic setting with a beautiful view of the landscape. It was built in the traditional Dalmatian style and fits harmoniously into the natural environment. The impressive and modern interior offers plenty of comfort. While the living room on the ground floor leads directly to the fenced garden with a swimming pool and children's playground, the bedrooms are located upstairs. In addition to the children's playground, there is a swing and a trampoline at your disposal. This villa has a living area of 140 m2, consists of 2 floors (ground floor and first floor). It offers space for up to 8 people. Upstairs there are 3 double rooms and 1 room with two separate beds. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room, which are fully air-conditioned. In front of the house there is a terrace with a private pool and deckchairs. Since the holiday home is located near the town of Omiš and the Cetina River, it is recommended to experience adrenaline sports such as rafting and zipline. In addition to various summer cultural events in the city of Omiš, you can take a nice swim on the beautiful sandy beach in the city center or on the popular pebble beach in the Brzet district.

It was great. The house is quiet, spacious and has great aircon. The host is welcoming and very helpful. The pool is ideal. The accomodation is 15mins drive from Omis ( great little town) so perfect for grabbing food or dinner out. Would recommend

An excellent villa in quiet surroundings with all that was needed for our stay. A perfect place to unwind and relax, but a short drive from Omis, which provided us with plenty of choice on the days when we felt more energetic. A great holiday was had by all. Thank you, Josip.
