About this house rental

The 40 m² house will be all yours. It’s located on a quiet, peaceful street in Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt. Public transportation is a 5-minute walk away, taking you to Gare du Nord (Paris) or Charles de Gaulle Airport (bus 95-02). You’ll have a private garden and a patio where you can enjoy your meals—and why not make use of the barbecue and lounge chairs in the sun? You’ll have complete independence (keys provided). Bath towels and bed linens are provided. We live in the house next door if you need any information. Parking is available. There are several shops nearby, as well as many restaurants within walking distance.

Cute place, very clean, private, and quiet. It’s only a 20 min ride to Gare du Nord. We had a pleasant stay and definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect one bedroom home. My daughter and I were in France for a week vacationing. We chose public transportation for our entire tire trip and this this home was conveniently located just 5mins walk from the train. Noria was an excellent host, had all amenities available including soaps, TP, dishes, coffee/tea, and some snack foods. Home very clean and comfortable. I had never rented a home before, Noria and her hospitality and communication made our stay wonderful. Recommend to all, and if/when I return to Paris again I will see if this home is available.
