About this apartment rental
Completely renovated apartment in the historic center of Ravenna, composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located on the first floor of a small building, offers all the comforts of the center keeping quiet and privacy. All windows in fact overlook the inner courtyard of the building.
The apartment, newly renovated, enjoys every comfort starting from free and unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both rooms, central heating, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and electric oven , dishwasher, espresso machine with capsules, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and freezer.
All rooms overlook the internal courtyard, so you do not perceive any noise due to the road.
It is located in the historic center, a few steps from all major monuments and major services such as bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds. Being a pedestrian zone it is not possible to arrive by car under the house, but you can park a few meters at the parking lot in Piazza Baracca or the San Vitale car park.
The train station is about 1 km away.
Via Cavour is the main street of the historic center, below the house you can find all kinds of shops and services. From Via Cavour it is possible to reach San Vitale and Galla Placidia in just a few minutes.
All the historic center of Ravenna is pedestrian, so you can reach all the main monuments and services on foot.
If you arrive by car you can park nearby, for example in Piazza Baracca or at the San Vitale car park (€ 3 all day). All the parking lots around the historic center with blue lines are charged until 6.30 pm, after which they are free until 8am.
This apartment provides self check-in in cases where the guest arrives outside hours 15. 00-22. 00.
For all the others, you will find me at home waiting for you, once the arrival time has been established.

First floor (with a lift) flat which was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfy right in the centre of Ravenna. Quiet and cool with comfy beds and good bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

A very pleasant apartment in a convenient location in the city centre near many shops and good restaurants. Simply furnished but with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Recommended.
