About this house rental
It is a Bungalow with 70 square meters built; located in first class complex with gardens and pool. It is distributed in two bedrooms, one double (with double bed), and another with two single beds. It has a large bathroom. Large living room and kitchen. There is an exclusive garden of the house, 300 meters, with tables, chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped (TV with TDT, sun loungers, crockery, washing machine, fridge, ...). The house does not have air conditioning. The house is very close to the common areas of the urbanization, next to the meadow with swimming pool and 150 meters from the seafront of Cap D'Artrutx. The house is located in a quiet residential area, there are only houses around it. The nearest beach is Calan Bosch which is about 700 meters walk from the house.

We really liked the apartment it was so quiet and peaceful
We enjoyed the walk to the harbour. There's the sea front and lighthouse route which takes 25 mins, but a straighter road walk that takes just under 20 mins.
The dive school blue water is a 7 minute walk highly recommend
There's three supermarkets again 7 minute walk - has everything
Two restaurants and I would recommend eating there a couple of times
Only thing I would say as pointers
If you want a sun trap it's not the garden for you as quite a few trees
There's a lovely pool but no sun loungers and we weren't sure if we were allowed to take loungers from the garden to the pool
But I'd definitely stay again

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the store for groceries and a short distance to the ocean for a lovely evening stroll and watch the amazing sunset! We used the pool daily and sometimes x2 a day. The x2 BBQ's that was listed was not useable as rusty and full of water. A bit of an ant problem but it was dealt with the same day. It was a treat to have our sheets changed x2 in the 4 weeks we were there and fresh towels. If there was ever a concern, Heike always answered us the same day. A bit difficult with the address finding the place but the taxi driver was able to call and things got clarified. We would definitely go back!

We had a lovely 8 days in this bungalow in April. It was very well presented and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a selection of bars and restaurants within a 20 min walk in Cala En Bosch. There is a choice of 3 supermarkets just a 5 minute walk from the complex. By the lighthouse you can watch spectacular sunsets but it can be a little breezy. Everything in the bungalow was in working order and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden. It's a bonus that there are sun loungers too. Because it was April it was a little cool at times but a heater had been provided which we made good use of. The TV is Spanish only but we took an Amazon firestick so we could get news etc in English. The WiFi worked well throughout our stay which I know can be important to families in particular.
