Villa offers you 5 bedrooms, 2 outdoor dining areas with barbecue, kitchen, and living room, fully covered with free WiFi, pool with sun deck area, private beach, and panoramic and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains, and island Brač from almost every corner.
* Pool level, middle-level offers heated, infinity 4m x 8m swimming pool with hydro massage, a Whirlpool next to the pool, 8 sundeck chairs, 2 parasols, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area with barbecue.
* Interior (pool level) offers a spacious and stylish living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need. The fully airconditioned and comfortable living room offers a flat-screen TV, comfy sofas, amazing and panoramic views of the sea, and islands, and a pool area with a direct exit to the outdoor dining area and the pool area. There is Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and sew views. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and views of the garden and sea. There is also a separate toilet.
* Outdoor stairs from the pool area take you to a huge, closed dining area with a summer kitchen and Pool table (Billiard), table tennis, TV, and a sofa, a fun zone for everyone. A separate toilet with a washing machine is next to it.
* The top floor (connected with an outdoor staircase) offers two air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom No.3 with double bed 160 x 200 cm and en-suite bathroom with shower; Bedroom No.4 with double bed 180 x 200 cm and in-room bathtub with sea views. There is a terrace with rattan furniture with sea views.
* The lower level offers 1 bedroom approachable with an outdoor staircase; air-conditioned Bedroom No.5 with king-size bed 180 x 200 cm, TV, en-suite with shower, exit to the terrace with amazing sea views.
There are 6 parking spaces (3 fenced and 3 on the private property).

My family loved the stay here. The description and photos were very accurate. The floors are separated by outside stairways almost like separate apartments but it worked very well for my family. There are gates at the driveway and at the steps to go down to the sea, so very secure. We enjoyed swimming in the sea and the pool. It was beautiful. The game room/ bar was an awesome place for us to escape the heat and hang out together. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

Nice house with different floors with bedrooms and a central floor with kitchen and direct access to the pool. Challenging walk down the stairs to the private beach with the option to swim or climb to the adjacent beach with restaurants. The view is hard to beat. Nice hosts who respond quickly when needed.

Listing states property has five bedrooms, we were only given access to four. Possibly due to language barrier but our understanding from owner was the lower level of the house was private. I inquired further about this upon returning home. I was told that “to help keep our rates as fair and flexible as possible, the layout and accessible rooms are prepared based on the guest count provided”. This policy was never mentioned in the listing. What if I want/need to sleep in a different bedroom during my stay. I need to contact the owner to give us access? That is just unacceptable.On the positive side, the views were stunning. Croatia and its people are truly lovely. However, some of the furniture is showing wear, some bathroom towels very thin, and the kitchen was less than ideal to cook meals for a group. Next time we will choose a villa that has clear and fair policies, ensuring we receive exactly what we pay for.
