About this villa rental

In a privileged residential area of St Maximin our house is
very quiet, all services are quality, home theater, induction hob, flat screen new American fridge, gas barbecue), four bedrooms an office two large terraces one for the evening cooler and the other for breakfast facing the swimming pool with alarm and especially heated for a water to 28 °, and the last one a spa for 6 people heated to 37 ° 5, petanque ground essential for the holidays,
a furnished studio completely opposite the villa is rented year-round with no access to the villa and the pool and garden.
we have left Brittany to realize our dream in the south: "a villa with swimming pool" welcome to our home .

We had the most wonderful family holiday here. The villa is magnificent. Our daughter who is 7, we could not get out the pool. She also absolutely loved staying here. Nathalie and Olivier were so welcoming and very kind and accommodating. We did not need there assistance, but made us feel, nothing would be to much trouble. The villa is is 7 minute drive to the town, which you can buy some wonderful food and drink to enjoy in the villa. For days out, the beaches are no more than 1 hour away. Thank you, we had the most wonderful family holiday. We would love to return.

This house and area is absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed 14 days in thus great house that contains everything you need for a perfect stay. Brilliant pool area with with great furniture and terrasses. Table tennis, petanque abd archery for outdoor fun. House interior is modern and well done. We would love to come back!The host couple are very nice, answer quickly to questions and personally welcomed us at arrival! //Louise

We had a great time in this House. It is a very nice welcoming House. The pool area is new and so nice. The pool has a great size. There are dart, tabletennis etc. If we should say anything, it’s that there are only a Weekly tjeck of the pool and otherwise you have to take care of the pool yourself. And we don’t have a pool and don’t know have to tjeck and handle it. And we got some problem with the PH. We had one day where the pool was a bit green and we couldn’t use it. We also missed some instruction and information in english. The host was easy to get in contact with and were very nice. The House was well equipped - however we missed a real grill. We had 2 great weeks in the House. (8 people, two families and a little dog) Be aware that there live someone in a separated part of the House (don’t have any entrence together and any connection). We didn’t know and had to ask who had parked on the ground. He was not disturbing at all. We can really recommend the House.

Olivier and Natalie house is splendid. It is located in a very relaxing area, on the hills over Saint Maximin. The house is neat, clean, modern, and full of amenities. The pool is very enjoyable. We had really a great time, Olivier and Natalie were available for every questions we had and interacting with them was easy and pleasant. We really recommend this experience.
