Beautiful Villa in Porto Cervo / Pantogia. The house is 3 minutes from the nearest beaches and 3 minutes from the center of Porto Cervo! It offers all comfort! It is composed of 5 bedrooms (10 beds). 3 bathrooms (including a bath). The showers have a hand shower and a rainshower. Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, ...), laundry with iron, dryer and washing machines. 3 toilets. 2 balconies and 1 very large terrace. Large garden. Outdoor lounge chairs and parasols. Large OLED TV screen. IPTV containing hundreds of channels in all languages and movies. Bose outdoor and indoor baffles. 7 parking spaces. Design furniture from all horizons. Quality materials (marble, mosaic, kerlite, sanitary and design and brand lighting). Large swimming pool with panoramic views. Light in the pool. Quiet house and Feng Shui. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (but not in the basement because it is very fresh) Baby bed and baby chair (table). Internet. Safe in the bedrooms. Bedding of very high quality! Huge trampoline outdoor!

Absolutely amazing stay. House is genuinely even more beautiful in person. Super clean, super responsive and helpful host. Yard is amazing and so much fun to have. The view is breath taking. Cannot recommend this house enough.

Great house, place wonderful. Can be even better with some additional equipment such as blender and placemat for the table. The view is scenic and beautiful, the sun rise is wonderful.

The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. It had everything we needed and was located close to the heart of Porto Cervo ( promenade). There is lwell-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a great view, as well as the overall atmosphere and experience. the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the Villa was exactly as described.Definitely will come back!
