- 1. BEDROOM: 15m2 (with private bathroom 6m2) with bed linen, sheets and towels, Tv, Aircondition
- 2. KIDS BEDROOM: 8m2 (with Tv, 2 separate beds, Aircondition)

- WELLNESS & SPA area with steam sauna and jacuzzi
- Bedroom 3: 15m2, double /2 single bed, Tv, aircondition + private bathroom (6m2) + terrace

Such a lovely villa in beautiful Pula.Our hosts were attentive throughout, answering questions and offering advice when we asked Villa Nicole is perfect in every way. We loved how the pool is the focal point and the whole property is modern, clean and has everything we needed.We enjoyed our holiday and we will recommend Villa Nicole to others.

Loved our stay here. Villa is so spacious and comfortable. Pool was great. Great location for exploring. Hosts were so welcoming and helpful.
