Located on the first floor, with elevator, this apartment consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with comfortable sofas and balconies with views of the pine trees.

The living room equipped with air conditioning has two separate living and dining areas, the dining room is next to the kitchen and has a 6-seater dining table with 6 chairs, while the living room connects to the balcony. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with Bosh appliances, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with gas stove and oven, ensuring the quality of cooking of your meals.
The rooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds, both with generously sized and arranged built-in wardrobes. Contains 2 bathrooms, one with a shower base supporting the living room and one of the bedrooms, and another private one with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet inserted in the suite room.
With capacity for 4 adults and 2 children. For babies, we have available, upon request, travel cot and high chair. We inform that the travel cot does not include sheets.

The swimming pool has a snack bar for support. The sunbeds belong to the condominium and are not marked. The gardens and pools of the development are the most crowded areas, the main pool in the central area of the development is a great complement after the beach.
