About this villa rental
Set on a generous plot, this beautiful villa offers private driveway parking for three cars, including one covered space. The mature garden wraps around the property, is completely unoverlooked, and features two spacious terraces and a private heated infinity pool enjoying stunning views over the golf course.
Inside, the villa boasts a large lounge with a 75-inch smart/cable TV, a split-level dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are two comfortable double bedrooms served by a spacious family bathroom, along with an additional toilet accessed from the hallway.
The first floor is dedicated to the impressive master suite, which includes an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, a large wardrobe area, and access to a large private terrace with comfortable outside furniture.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and an open fireplace for year-round comfort. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle, and is fully equipped for self-catering stays.
Around the pool, the garden provides ample space for six sun loungers, an outdoor dining set, and a BBQ area, all enjoying sunshine throughout the day.

Lovely size villa with a lovely pool and grounds. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Easy to get into town in your own car and also local taxis. Owner easy to communicate with. Easy check in and out process. Lovely morning and evening views over the golf course too.

We had an amazing stay. Lovely villa, with a gorgeous view from the terrace. Great location for beaches and Carvoeiro with lots of great restaurants. Would love to come back one day.

The villa was comfortable in a great location … 5 minute walk to the Golf Club had a lovely lunch overlooking the golf course. Supermarket 5 min walk away and 10 min drive into Carvoeiro

We stayed at Nick's house for 1 week in October. The communication with the owner is 100%, the BEST I have ever experienced! Really very good. You should know that the house is a bit older, the equipment is a bit outdated, the kitchen is fully equipped, dishes and appliances could be renewed, but do their job. We bought a “sharp” knife on site which we left in the house. The next guest will be pleased. Unfortunately the house was not well cleaned when we arrived, crumbs and dirt everywhere, bathrooms not really clean. We bought some cleaning products and cleaned the house. The owner invited us to dinner at his expense, thank you very much. In the bathroom there is unfortunately already a lot of mold on the silicone joints and in the lower guest bathroom it smells if you do not close the drain from the sink.
TV in the living room mega and a great sound. Unfortunately, the devices didn't work in 2 bedrooms, but that was a good thing so the kids don't have to watch TV all the time ;-)
The pool and garden are okay and the golf course right next to the house doesn't bother us too much. However, the house is on the main road to the reception of the golf course, and there is quite a lot of traffic that you can hear.
All in all ok and smooth communication and key handover/return.
Once the house gets a “basic renovation” with fresh equipment, then it will be a 5 star house again. So there are 3 from us.
