About this house rental
Vine Street Guest House is a quiet apartment tucked away off of Vine Street. This cozy spot is perfect for your weekend getaway. It has a great little patio under a large Oak Tree for a BBQ and relaxing. Walk 5 minutes to Paso Robles Downtown and enjoy the many tasting rooms, breweries, restaurants and boutique shopping. There is convenient private parking next to the unit. Security and utility deposits required. Stays of 30 nights or longer required. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
