Our gated community offers breathtaking ocean views. With 24/7 security, it is a peaceful and family-oriented neighborhood, featuring a pool, a park with playgrounds, grills, and sports courts.

This independent house features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a smart TV, along with a smart TV in the master bedroom. Amenities include WiFi and a third-floor terrace with panoramic views, as well as two parking spaces in front and a ground-floor patio that includes a washer and dryer.

Property didn’t have Air Conditioning, No Hot water, Bedding on one of the rooms was dirty not clean!!
