L'Occident is a family home that can accommodate 10 people.
The villa has a splendid terrace offering a 180-degree south-facing panoramic view of the sea, a direct access to the beach, 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room, a dining room, a TV room, a large garden with an herb garden (rosmary, sage, mint and verbena), WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning service, a bookcase with games, books and DVDs.
The villa offers the following optional extras on request:
* a "linen and bed preparation" package at a cost of €150
* a "pet supplement" package at a cost of €50/pet (maximum 2 dogs).
Meal preparation and daily cleaning can also be booked on request.
