We spent five fantastic days here in mid-May: A small, paradisiacal, converted boathouse directly over the water, so practically equipped with every modern convenience that relaxation was possible from the very first minute. Boarding a canoe or a motorboat from the house; hiking directly from the front door; a fantastic fjord area; simply taking your fishing gear and life jackets off the hanger; crystal-clear water; watching the eels in the water while having breakfast, or watching the Norwegians take their evening swimming from the boathouse directly into the velvety river; enjoying magnificent views and tranquility from the tops of the hikes; watching the swallows chase away magpies, performing aerial acrobatics over the water, or bringing food and nesting material directly under the boathouse... There were so many small and wonderful experiences strung together that we were actually constantly smiling. Feda and Feda-Waterfront have won two real fans.A huge thank you also to our host Ulrik for sharing this part of his homeland with us.
