The place is located on the coast of Nuevo Vallarta, is one of the largest coasts in the world and brings magical places along it. You can find Mexican handicrafts everywhere, excellent places where you can taste the highly valued cuisine that Mexico offers. The place is a combination of modernity, comfort and contact with nature.

The department has all the utensils and kitchen appliances. It has a washing machine, dryer. It has internet and a large television. It has everything.

10 KWH of electricity are included everyday. Overages are not included and will be charged separately at 4 MXN per kw. (this is simply to prevent guests from leaving the AC running all day and avoid potential damage of the AC unit and excessive consumption.)

Juan was an exceptional host. He was in contact with us prior to our arrival and provided clear instructions and many useful tips. During our 3 week stay he continued to check it to see if he could be of assistance. The studio was clean and well equipped. The onsite restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. Large jugs of water can be purchased at the restaurant and delivered to your room for 60 pesos. Two large groceries stores are a 25 min walk away and Bucerias is also a 25 min walk away. The complex, pools and beach were amazing.

The host Juan Pablo was very welcoming, inquired often as to how we were doing, was very easy to communicate with, and addressed all our needs beautifully The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay

Juan Carlos was an active host who frequently checked in and clearly wanted to make our stay as good as possible. When we had a request, he was quick to reply. This is a perfect property for those who want plenty of pool and beach time. A small grocery store has recently opened up close to the main entrance that has quick access to necessities plus an attentive owner. The main property has a decent restaurant.

Juan Pablo was easy to get a hold of and always helpful. Gave us a one night credit because our flight was delayed a day. Asked for a few things and he did not hesitate to supply us. The studio is like a hotel room with kitchen. Kitchen well stocked. Mostly sat at table on the balcony in morning and evening. Bed was like double size. Complex is nice. Pool is nice and big but we beached it. Would have been nice to have beach chairs and shade umbrella like other people had so you could sit closer to water but there were chairs and shaded shelters provided on beach. Location was good .Beach front condos Could walk to shopping and bus stop. Over all it is a nice spot for a two week stay. I would stay again if there were a few changes. (Bigger Bed and couple nice comfy chairs to read a book or watch a movie) Thanks Juan Pablo.
