A modern and spacious 55 m2 property, 3rd floor with elevator, large living room, includes a double sofa bed, separated to a grand kitchen, large room with a king or two single beds, terrace and grand bath-room. The apartment has two fronts, in the morning the sun penetrates the varanda (oveelooking the rooftops of Paris) and kitchen, in the afternoons the sun enters the living room and bedroom located in front of the street.
The exclusive position between the Saint German church, Saint Sulpice church, the Quartier Latin, the wonderful Luxemburg gardens, the Odeon theater and the famous Marche are waiting for guests who love Paris.

the location is very good. Biggest issue was heatwave and not listed air conditioning, first of the 2 fans broke on the first day. They tried to buy another but sold out due to heatwave. The street was quiet, clean and near public transportation. Shower operation was hard to understand. Did not get TV to do much but didn't watch. One suggestion from our times using Time Shares in the U.S. Have one or two pages of instructions in folder for the renter.people understood we are very disappointed in our current government. Did not have to make signs, "didn't vote for trump"

The location was perfect, nice and quiet but close to everything. The building and apartment was very clean and pleasant. Our only issue was lack of a clothes dryer and the shower having very low water pressure and, at times, it was hard to get hot water. But all things considered this was a great spot.

The property is on a great lively street and close to metro stations. Great restaurants, cafes, markets, and boulangeries are all within walking distance. Bed was comfy and never had a problem with hot water. Couch was not comfy and pillows were hard. We had a long stay and only had 2 rolls of TP, 2 towels and 2 hand towels, w no dishwasher or laundry detergent. I don’t know if that’s usual but would’ve been nice. Check-in lady was very polite but didn’t speak English however we made it work! Highly recommend!
