Located in the charming village of Dersingham, within walking distance of HM The Kings residence of Sandringham, Swift Cottage is an exquisitely beautiful traditional Norfolk carrstone cottage. With contemporary country styling throughout, this hideaway is situated within easy reach of excellent amenities, and coast road leading to an array of Norfolk's stunning beaches.
Named after the delightful birds that like to pay their short visit at the start of summer each year, Swift Cottage is two Victorian cottages, seamlessly combined into one, and is simply lovely! Renovated to a high standard with ample character still evident, there are beamed ceilings throughout, an inglenook fireplace and feature brick walls and archways. Pale decor, floorboards and beams combine with funky antler wall lights and modern cottage-style furniture and furnishings. The overall feel is modern, relaxing, airy and spacious with a hint of Scandi. The well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms are bang up-to-date, and the two double bedrooms have comfy beds, one of which offers a twin or super-king option (please request your desired option on booking).
Swift Cottage is a delightful Norfolk hideaway for couples, friends and small families at any time of the year. It offers a lovely base from which to get out and about and enjoy this beautiful part of North West Norfolk, and then return to after a busy day exploring. Perfect for visiting both the beach and country houses, walking, birdwatching, cycling and, of course, enjoying some of the most delicious local produce you will find on offer in a of nearby selection of pubs, restaurants and farm shops.

A beautiful place to stay.
Great location in the village with all the useful facilities nearby you may need.
The cottage itself was impeccably clean when we arrived with lovely touches to make myself and my two small children feel welcome and at home.
The cottage is lovely and great to come back to after a day exploring the local area.
Tracy and Bob also made sure to check we were happy when we were staying and let us know we could get in touch easily with then should we need to.
Perfectly located to be able to reach the coast as well as being next door to Sandringham which has an amazing play park for children.
Thank you Tracy and Bob, will definitely return.

For walking or cycling up to Sandringham great base. Lovely beaches within cycle ride.
Further afield lots to see and do including the Broads within an hours drive.
Cottage great for 2 couples.

Swift Cottage should be on anyone's shortlist of places to stay in North West Norfolk. The cottage truly felt like home from home, with everything you could possibly want and more. The entire home has been renovated and decorated to an extremely high standard, and is kept immaculately clean. A quick flick through the guest book shows people from around the world have been coming back for more of this idyllic place, and its easy to see why. We'll definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip to England.
