About this apartment rental
Ideally located in the city center of Rabat near historical and tourist sites, this duplex apartment benefits from two magnificent terraces planted with trees and flowers. The apartment is composed on the 1st level of an air-conditioned living room of 33 m2, a corridor, a 14m2 bedroom (bed 160) with its bathroom/wc and a second 9m2 bedroom (bed 140) also with its bathroom/wc. The bedrooms and the living room open onto a 35 m2 terrace. The upper floor consists of a 20 m2 dining room (air-conditioned) opening onto a second terrace of 35 m2, a kitchen of 11 m2.
So that you can make the most of your stay, we guarantee you real hotel services: from the breakfast service (included in the rental price), to the daily cleaning of the rooms and the whole apartment, everything will be done to make sure that you have a 'real' holiday or a pleasant professional stay. Our 'little extras': comfortable bedding, quality household and bathroom linen, mineral water in the rooms, shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. On request you can also discover the Moroccan gastronomy.

Cannot say enough about this fantastic place in Rabat!! Great location to walk around or grab a quick cab if necessary. The staff are just endearing and are fantastic cooks! The meal they made us was perfect!! The balcony (2 levels) are gorgeous with so many plants. Hosts are very responsive! And thank you for the Books Phillipe

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host can help arrange a private taxi from either Rabat or Casablanca airport, which we utilized. There is a helper at the property during part of the day - she preps the complimentary breakfast, cleans and will do your laundry but stays upstairs so the presence wasn’t intrusive. Highly recommend this property for your visit to Rabat.
