About this villa rental
The ideal holiday retreat. Villa Selim is set in its own extensive gardens with stunning views overlooking both sides of the Peninsula. To the left of the Peninsula is the Greek island of Meis. On the right are the range of mountains which provide the spectacular backdrop to Kas. The villa has its own private swimming pool, which is gated from the rest of the garden, to provide that extra security and peace of mind for any guests with young children. Upstairs the en-suite master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and large terrace. 2nd double room with fitted wardrobes and a shared balcony with the 3rd bedroom, which has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Air-conditioned throughout. The main bathroom has a shower and jacuzi bath. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and wc, also a 4th twin bedroom. The fully fitted kitchen opens out onto the living area and is equipped with all the essential gadgets. The terrace provides a perfect place for family to gather for alfresco meals.

We had such an amazing stay at this villa. I have stayed in Kaş many times over the past 20 years, but this villa was by far and away the best we have ever stayed at. It has such an amazing view of both sides of the peninsula, something very rare for Kaş. The pool was a perfect size and had plenty of room for lounging around. For those with young children, it even has a gate to block access from the main garden.
Each of the four rooms were well laid out with comfortable beds and A/C's, and the Master bedroom has a huge walkout terrace with a fantastic view. There are so many places in the garden to sit and relax; a shaded dining area for 6 outside the kitchen, another covered sitting area outside the ground floor room, at least 8 lounge chairs and even a picnic table beside the BBQ. The living room is very large and has a dining table as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. A washing machine and drying rack is also provided. Tevfik Bey was a great host. He was always in contact before our stay and he dropped by a couple of times during to make sure that everything was alright.
If you're looking for a villa with some peace and quiet, a beautiful view and an lush garden, then this is the place. Mike Hillhouse & Family.

We loved Villa Selim. It was perfect for our young family, we could hardly drag the children away from the pool but that was fine as the views and gardens were stunning. It was clean and comfortable with loads of inside and outside space and Tevfik the owner could not have been more helpful. When we did get the children away from the pool we loved the local area, the sea, the restaurants and the very friendly people. We will definitely go back!
