About this house rental

individual 17th century Basque, completely renovated for 4 people.
Bayonne region, Biarritz, St Jean Pied de Port.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
You will be able to enjoy in peace the beauty of the light and the landscape of the Pyrenees from all the rooms of the house.
To enjoy the pleasures of the ocean, the most renowned sites on the coast:
Bayonne- Biarritz- St Jean de Luz- Labenne Océan- Capbreton
They are 30 to 50 minutes away (fast road access).
Lake Guiche (free access).
Also Lake Same with its 18 hectare body of water approved for swimming, supervision provided by qualified personnel. (Paid entry)
If you prefer picturesque walks:
St Jean Pied de port 53 kms
Sare- Espelette
La Rhune and its little rack train. (exceptional view and booking highly recommended)
In the mountains, the Pyrenean sites of:
Roncesvalles 80 kms.

For your comfort, the house equipped with reversible air conditioning is composed on the ground floor:
An entrance, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and table top) with WC, sink and a storage cupboard.
The large main room equipped with reversible air conditioning, includes the living room, the dining room, the kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, toaster and kettle) on terrace overlooking countryside and Pyrenees.
An electric awning overhangs the terrace which hosts a garden furniture and four deckchairs.
Upstairs you will have:
-2 air-conditioned rooms with beds of hotel qualities of size 180x200 or 90x200
2 baby cribs are also available.
-Separate toilet with hand basin.
-Large Italian shower room.
-Dressing with storage for four people with a sliding mirror on the front.

The tone of our stay was set by the enthusiastic wave that greeted us on our arrival. The property is everything we could wish for - well thought out, lovingly maintained and with a stunning view. Add to that the best of hosts who are there to assist - they went out of their way to help us get a bicycle repaired - but who do not to intrude. Quite simply the best rental property we have ever stayed in.

Amazingly wonderful 2 bedroom house, totally quiet at end of country lane surrounded by grazing cows and great views. Beds and furniture extremely comfortable. Every convenience is in the house, including wi-fi. Delightful, helpful and friendly owners nearby. Fine market in charming Bidache, 2 minutes away with interesting old castle in town. Easy driving to many gorgeous and interesting villages in the area, and 20 minutes to well known coastal towns and beaches. The highest possible recommendation!

We were delighted with and impressed by this modern Basque house. The well fitted kitchen / living area contributed to a very relaxed week. Bedrooms, bathroom and ample storage space upstairs were beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our aperitifs on the terrace. Brigitte and her husband were a charming couple who made us feel very welcome were very helpful throughout our stay. Its peaceful location at the end of the access road to this part of the countryside meant the only noise we heard was the mooing of cows. This was an excellent location tour from which to tour the Pays Basque region. St Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne, St Jean Pied de Port are all within easy reach. If you want to explore this area you couldn't do any better.
