Swallow's Orchard represents modern living at its very best. Nestled in a hollow next to an old apple orchard, you can feel like you have truly escaped whilst being surrounded by luxury and a private hot tub. With 3 en-suite bedrooms all located on the same level it is easily accessible and sleeps 6 in quality more akin with a 5 star hotel - only one you don't have to share...
The Sedum Spa, a shared facility located next to the property has; a 12x5m indoor pool with lounge area, sauna, hot tub, relaxation room, 4 treatment rooms, gym and separate male & female changing. It offers our guests the perfect chance to relax and unwind.
The stunning open plan kitchen/dining/living area with 5 metre bi-folding doors connect the inside with the enclosed courtyard garden with hot tub and really give you the sense of being in the thick of nature and countryside, without sacrificing comfort or quality.
The interior was designed to be tactile and distinct wherever possible - from the wood grain kitchen units with stunning white quartz work surface through to the 'waterfall wall' granite rocks in the master bedroom. Care and attention to detail are key to our design philosophy, and every single element of the property has been researched, discussed and scrutinised to ensure an experience like no other.
The surrounding fields offer a host of walking routes if you are feeling active, with a good pub located 1 mile from the property should you need a break on the way. If not, just relax at the spa, or light the wood burner and put your feet up, soak in the private massaging hot tub, or if the weather permits snuggle up around the outside fire pit - your choice... decisions, decisions.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Swallows Orchard. This 3 bedroom barn conversion was immaculately clean and had everything we could wish for to enable us to enjoy our stay. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The location is so peaceful, I felt relaxed as soon as I unpacked and settled down. The proximity to Glastonbury is about a 15min drive and there’s a local pub within walking distance which we walked to for a delicious Sunday lunch. We will definitely be returning one day . Thank you.

As a family with a child with special needs and noise sensitivity, this accommodation was perfect for us. The access to the pool privately and hot tub was amazing. The well thought design of the place with lovely views of the sky in most rooms made it a very relaxing stay. Kitchen well equipped and location was handy to make several day trips within less than an hour. I would recommend to others looking to explore Somerset. Any issues were handled well by the team. We even messed up our shop order by sending to the wrong address and the owner kindly met us half way with our shop on a bank holiday! Only top tip is bring a bottle topper with you if you are a fan of fizzy drinks but not likely to drink a whole bottle in a day.
Consideration - The double bed was quite low in the main room so for older guests that may be a bit of a challenge.

Everything was just perfect, accommodation, facilities, spa, customer service, couldn’t fault any of it. Would love to return in the future.

The property was lovely, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. there were a couple of small issues, for example the shower door was faulty but nothing to spoil a wonderful break. The proximity of the spa and the outside area was fabulous. The spa itself is great, i had two treatments which were wonderful and my family all had treatments all of which were of a high quality. i would both recommend and return. Thank you to everyone.
