The villa was a 5 / 10 minute drive from Moraira town centre. It was a very spacious villa and situated at the top of a hill so there were quite a lot of stairs to enter into the property. The villa was very well equipped and all bedrooms had air conditioning. There was a tv but unfortunately only in German and Spanish but that didn’t really effect us as we don’t watch tv on holiday.
You definitely need a car as no shops/bars in reasonable walking distance.
My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend

We spend 3 great weeks. Splendid view of the port of Moraira! The size of swimming-pool is comfortable.
In the villa, each of us (4) found his place with 2 living-rooms and 3 bedrooms. Air conditioning in each of them was very appreciate.
