Fairways is ideally located less than 36 minutes from the Málaga airport, and about a 10-minute drive away is the picturesque village of La Cala de Mijas, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and other essential services along a 6-km seaside promenade.
Fairways features a large beach-style pool surrounded by beautiful gardens, an indoor gym, and a spa area with a sauna. All of this is located within a secure, private complex. Every property comes with an underground parking space.
The properties feature spacious terraces with glass railings and breathtaking views of the golf course, the mountains, and the sea.
The ground-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is exquisitely decorated and offers all the comforts needed for an unforgettable vacation in a paradisiacal and peaceful setting.

OFFICE HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM (CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS).
OUTSIDE THESE HOURS, A PERSONALIZED MEETING WILL BE ARRANGED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AT A TIME AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE. THIS SERVICE INCURS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 30 EUROS.
DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THIS APARTMENT, WE USUALLY OFFER A PERSONALIZED WELCOME EVEN DURING OUR REGULAR OPENING HOURS, WHICH INCURS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF 30 EUROS. HOWEVER, YOU CAN PICK UP THE KEYS AT OUR OFFICE DURING OUR BUSINESS HOURS (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 10 A.M. TO 6 P.M.).

Everything was perfect and spotless and as advertised. The apartment was extremely well equipped.Only negative was that the mattress was quite hard.

Great base for our stay as we were concentrating on golf at La Cala. 2 minutes’ drive to Golf courses and 3 to Driving Range.
Apartment extremely well equipped, modern, comfortable and spotless. We immediately felt at home here.
Beautiful terrace to while away the hours.
Swimming pool area and gym also super.
