About this campground/ rv resort rental
The most secluded of all of our units, Eagle Tipi is located at the edge of the mesa overlooking Evans Plunge. It`s furthest from the restrooms but has a private sitting area behind the tipi with shade from Ponderosa pines. A short drive from The Mammoth Site, Wind Cave, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park, and local hot springs.
Relax out back in a private hammock, grill up some burgers on a gas grill, or sit back and enjoy an evening fire. This tipi is located at the southern end of the Black Hills.
NOTE: This is a tipi tent. There`s no heat or AC and while we do our best to ensure you`re not affected by the weather, we can`t control the temperatures or elements. There may be moisture or cold air that permeates the exterior on occasion. It`s important that you check the weather and prepare accordingly. The full bathrooms are heated and have hot water.
REMINDER: No animals of any kind due to allergies of the host! Guests found in violation will be charged $200 + applicable cleaning fees.
No pets or service animals allowed (due to allergies).
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please respect quiet hours.
Please turn off the fan when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premise.
*If you bring a pet you will be fined $275 to cover pet fees and additional cleaning (the host is allergic to pets).

We had a wonderful stay, the Tipi was a fun and comfortable experience.The beds were great and the private bathroom/shower was very clean and close by.

Lovely and clean - nice welcoming snacks and teas, that’s always an appreciated detail some hosts don’t think about. We enjoyed it and would probably come back when it’s warm weather again- non heated.

I wasn't looking for a tipi to stay in during my trip to the Black Hills, but am very happy I found this and that I actually booked it - was very nice, peaceful and clean. Would definitely book it again if/when I am in the area
