This 3-bed / 2-bath lakefront condo destination provides great location, amenities and attention to detail. Your elevated views come at no compromise in accessibility. Simply step into the elevator for easy access to parking, pool, dock, and a veranda with grills and firepits.
In the summer, you can enjoy the zero-entry waterfront pool with a splash pad area for little swimmers. In the fall and winter, cozy up next to the ornate fireplace with multiple ember bed color themes while you take in the brilliant fall colors below. You will find a fully furnished kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a comfortable dining area to enjoy your meals. The laundry area within your condo provides ease of minimal packing; and all linens (bath, bed, and pool) are provided for your stay.
Boat Slip Included! A 12 x 32 boat slip is available for use during your stay. There is a private boat ramp on site for a minimal fee, or a public one nearby. You can park your trailer conveniently at the area reserved for condo community guests.
Island Oasis is in a wonderful area just 20 minutes from many of the lake "hot spots" such as Osage Beach, the "strip" at Bagnell Dam, and several lakefront bars and restaurants.

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Getting Around

Spacious and comfortable and well stocked...coffee, cooking items, etc. The island itself offers stunning 270 degree lake views. The host was exceptional. Available. Communicative. Helpful. All in all it was a great stay. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was even more impressive than the photos showed. It was nice for the kids to each have their own rooms with queen beds, and the master bedroom had a king bed that was also really comfy. Sitting on the patio listening to the waves was relaxing, and the assortment of games provided some entertainment during our down time. The AC did have some issues keeping the place cool with heat indexes outside over 100…but when I reached out to the owner they told me what to do to reset it (and it worked). Overall extremely happy with this place and location, will consider booking again and sharing with friends.

I loved this property. The only thing I wish I knew before booking, is that you can't swim in the lake at that location. I did assume you could, so we had all of our lake stuff.
Other than that, it was absolutely PERFECT!
