About this house rental
The Village at Sugarplum unit #15 is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome located on the Peruvian side of Snowbird Ski Resort. It offers 1,100 square feet of living space, ski-in/out access to Snowbird via intermediate trails and complimentary ski shuttle service to either Alta or Snowbird.

Indoor parking for one (1) vehicle(please note garage is long and skinny, a full size truck or large SUV will not fit in the garage) and guest parking depending on availability. Some parking is available at the bottom on Blackjack Road
Washer and Dryer in unit
Fully outfitted kitchen
Gas fireplace
No AC, however the summer is cool at night.
SKI IN/OUT ACCESS TO SNOWBIRD
The ski-in/out access trail begins at the end of the road on the Condo Bypass Trail on the Snowbird Trail Map. This trail connects to the Whodunnit run. Coming back take the Peruvian Express or the Tram, following the blue trail markers and signs for the Fun Run or Chips, continue down to Whodunnit and you are back where you started. Ski In Ski Out Trail Access is contingent on sufficient snow levels and the Peruvian or Tram lift running.
SHUTTLE ACCESS TO ALTA AND SNOWBIRD
The shuttle stop is located up the drive on the Bypass Road. The complimentary shuttle runs daily from the last week of December to the first week of April on a continuous loop to both Alta and Snowbird throughout the day.

INTERLODGE CONDITIONS
Due to heavy snow and avalanche danger the entire canyon, including this property, may be subject to interlodge conditions. During interlodge there is no travel permitted outside of the unit including travel in or out of the canyon.

The house is a short walk to the ski slope and is very comfortable and attractive. The host, Janet, is fantastic. She provided excellent information throughout our stay, helped us immensely with a food pickup and generally exceeded all our expectations.

Very nice townhouse. Plenty of space and beautiful views. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. We didn't have fresh snow so it was a decent hike up hill to the slopes, but not too bad skiing back in. Overall a nice unit.

The condo is beautiful! The downstairs bedrooms are so comfortable. The property manager is so helpful and accommodating and responsive it was wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved being ski in ski out. These is also a shuttle to help drive you which is super nice! Would definitely stay again thank you :)
