The primary suite features a king-size bed, television, dedicated workspace, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. Guests will enjoy a spacious second bedroom with two queen beds and a nearby full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Short-term guests enjoy covered parking, a private resort-style heated pool, cabana area, children's splash zone, playground, and BBQ grilling area. Guests staying 30 days or longer have access to additional amenities including the Beach Club, private waterfront pool, hot tub, beach area, fitness center, Sky Bar and Restaurant, yoga lawn, kayak launch, and miles of scenic walking trails.
Conveniently located near the dog-friendly Palma Sola Causeway Beach, Aruba Home is the perfect destination for both vacationers and remote workers seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.
Accommodates up to 5 guests.
Minimum Stay Required: 4 Nights.
Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.

• Residential Community – Please be respectful of neighbors and fellow guests.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Noise Policy – Excessive noise, parties, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
• Occupancy – Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
• Covered parking provided.
• Boats, RVs, trailers, oversized trucks and vans are not permitted per association rules.
• Pet Policy – Maximum of 2 pets with approval and applicable fees.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood is great and has easy access to Anna Maria Island.

After arriving we were never contacted by the rental company at any time. Things that were not fully covered in the book that is used to explain how things are done on the property. Like if there’s a fob used for the gate or pool. The pool was closed. We never received a notice ahead of time. The furniture was not very comfortable. And the beds were very uncomfortable.
