Cons first.
The picture shown is the property we booked but we ended up in the (slightly) smaller one next door. (An occurrence that apparently has happened before).
We knew it had a mezz floor bedroom when we booked it but it proved to be too hard to access and the ceiling height made it very claustrophobic to use.
The bathroom is very small.
Pro's
We used the sofa bed, which was really comfortable. It was incredibly easy to open and close so the mezz floor issue in the end was not a problem.
The apartment had everything you would need. Washer, dishwasher, beach chairs etc. It wanted for nothing.
We were literally a few yards (metres) away from a Brasserie/Restuarant and a lovely beach.
Meze itself was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. Much better to stay there than in Sete in my opinion.
I would recommend this property for couples only.
The owners were very nice people. Alex speaks decent English (certainly better than my rudimentary French) so communication was okay.
