Situated in a quiet, residential area close to the green Lambrate metro station and train station, our flat is ideal for those wishing to explore lively Milan with ease. With the convenience of a lift, we welcome you into a bright and welcoming space that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Two elegant and spacious bedrooms await you, with carefully prepared double beds equipped with high-quality bed and bath linen. The kitchen is the heart of this space, where you can share convivial moments. A sofa bed adds the flexibility to accommodate two extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, although condiments are not included - we recommend exploring the local flavours nearby!

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). “Flexibility” Option
You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
“Book an Appointment” Option
The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.
This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:
From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)
Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)
Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)

Large rooms, communicative hosts, and good location close to the metro. Great spot to decompress a little outside of the center, while still being super accessible to everything. There are a number of good gelato shops close by. Would definitely recommend for both short and longer stays!

Apartment is a really lovely size with big rooms and plenty of space. The location is great and easy shopping and restaurants are nearby as well. They sent a great email and video to show you how to enter the building and apartment and to help trouble shoot.
What they need to add / include is how to turn the AC units are. They are located in the bedrooms and the kitchen and the remotes are there, which is great. The issue is they didn’t turn on. We looked all around. Tried different batteries in the remotes. Called over to the office but couldn’t get them on. Finally, about an hour later, we found hidden power switches in each room. These needed to be turned on in order for the AC units to work. The office didn’t even know this when we called over there.
Also, the bathroom shower was not properly maintained and after one use, it flooded and caused the entire bathroom to flood. This was after hours and it took another hour for us to be able to track someone down to let them know of the issue and ask where extra towels were. They did tell us where to find towels and did send someone the next day to snake the drain (which had been completely filled and never maintained). It worked fine after that and we appreciated that they got someone there the next day.
Finally, they also need to address the VERY LOUD and FREQUENT noise that came from the AC units. It sounded as if the apartment buzzer was always going off and it kept going off every 15-20 minutes and all night
