With an open living area and full kitchen, it's a blank canvas for your perfect coastal getaway. Enjoy breathtaking ocean, beach, and sunset views from the balcony, relax by the oceanfront

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi
Coffee products and add-ins
Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap)
Dish/Laundry Detergents
Towels/Linens

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Very quiet and had a comfortable enjoyable stay. Condo has everything needed to get started and grocery stores are nearby. Very easy beach access and great view from balcony.Had an issue with a slow drain and owner addressed it very quickly and was resolved the next day.
