About this house rental
The Lake: The lake is across the street in direct view of the front of the house. You have access to the water and shared pier, so you can dock your watercraft or sun bathe, along with a fire pit and a yard for family activities. Parents/ guardians have sole responsibility for monitoring their child/children. Individuals are responsible for their own safety, especially in the lake. For those thinking about swimming, High Rock Lake is not a clear lake and therefore may not be ideal for swimming.
The Neighborhood: This is one of the newer homes on Lakeview Drive. Most neighboring homes are used only seasonally. I have another property, about 200 yards from this property, that is a lake front home, if need another house. It is HA 4463929.
The Lakeview House is fully furnished and ready for you and your guests. Access to a shared boat dock is available. Whether you choose to rent the house for a two nights, a week, or 28 days, you'll enjoy all of the following amenities not mentioned above:

- 2 full bathrooms
-2 sofas ( can accommodate 1 person each)
- master suite loft
- jacuzzi bathtub in master suite
- cable TVs with DVD players

Host was very communicative and kind. There were more hoops to jump through for the reservation than I usually have to do. The property was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was that we all found our beds to be pretty uncomfortable, which detracted from our sleep. The host was amazing though and overall it was a good experience.

The house and property are somewhat dated - driveway has a very large ledge to get over - could be easily fixed by bringing in more rock. Our grandkids tried to go swimming and found the bottom of the lake to very soft and mucky - plus the water was very murky. We are from Minnesota where our lakes our clear and sandy bottom so take that comment with a grain of salt. The path down to the lake is hard to determine where to go so you're not trespassing - best to call the host and get the correct path down to the lake. Lakeview Drive is more like a cartwright path although it has a street sign off of the main road. Make sure you are driving slow as your GPS shows you are nearing the road.
