About this apartment rental
With its spectacular headland setting, Rockside is a dream house with fantastic sea views and sets the standard for luxury holiday homes. It comfortably caters for larger groups, with plenty of space wherever it matters, including at the large dining table. A truly unique seaside location with its own headland, fire pit, hot tub and small pebble beach.
Ground Floor
Open-plan kitchen diner
A very sociable, open-plan sitting/kitchen/dining area, with bay windows looking out over the sea and headland. The extensive and very well-equipped kitchen with seating at a large island, leads on to two spacious seating areas both with terrific views.
Sitting Room
Across the hallway from the main living space, is a more intimate snug sitting room, with a free-standing wood burning stove as the centrepiece and, again, great views.
Games Room/Snug
A separate snug/playroom with its own smart TV, log burner, table football and lots of different board games.
Other Rooms
There is also a utility room and a boot room.
Bedroom 1
Great views across the headland and bay from the comfort of a superking bed. En-suite bathroom fully equipped with a bath, separate shower and WC and sink.

This superking bedroom really is a gem, with its own bathroom, dressing room, balcony and sea views from every window.
Outside
The outside is as amazing as the inside - Rockside comes with its own decked area on the top of the headland - a great spot for a sundowner. There is also a hot tub, fire pit with seating, lots of parking and its own small pebble beach.
The Local Area
From Rockside it’s just a short trip to South Stack, a stunning lighthouse accessible via 400 steps down the headland. There is an RSPB visitor centre and cafe next door. For adrenaline junkies, Trearddur Bay and the surrounding area offer some of the country’s best “coasteering” (for the uninitiated, a form of coastal scrambling/swimming in wetsuits), and for those a little less adventurous the area is renowned for its sea kayaking. As with all of coastal Anglesey, there is the beautiful coastal footpath from which to explore the rugged coast line of the island. Although there are many dining-out options nearby, we can also arrange for an in-house chef to provide stylish in-house dining.

The location was perfect with amazing views.

After looking around at various places large enough to host ten adults a baby and a small dog my wife came across Rockside on Oyster properties. We could not believe the value compared to others we had looked at ( half the price of some similar ones we had seen). The position on the headland gives incredible views and the space on the headland belonging to the house is special.
We found the bedrooms were well suited to our group and the main suite is exceptional , especially for its balcony.
The kitchen was incredibly well suited to cooking and eating together and there was an abundance of appliances and utensils.
The games/ TV room with its table football and table tennis table was well used and there was plenty of space foe everybody's boots /shoes , coats etc.
It is within very easy walking distance of lovely beaches and coves and cafes and restaurants. The outside fire pit, jacuzzi ,decking and sitting areas are very user friendly and comfortable.
There is good information provided with so many board games, toys books. DVd's etc that you could spend months there without using the same thing twice. On top of all that it is within easy reach of so many beautiful places to visit. As a group we loved our stay and it helped make my special Birthday extra special.

We had an amazing weekend staying at Rockside with a group of friends! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best we’ve ever had. The house itself was spacious and beautifully set up for groups, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.
The kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking and socialising, and it had everything you could possibly need for preparing a big meal, from serving plates to mugs and glasses. The games room was a great bonus and kept everyone entertained throughout the stay.
We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Everyone in the group loved it, and we would definitely love to return again. Highly recommend!
