About this cottage rental
Located 1 km from Lamonzie-Saint-Martin (shops) and 9 km from Bergerac, this 87 m² house is semi-detached to the owners' residence. Ground floor: Kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove in fireplace, television, and Wi-Fi. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Upstairs: On the enclosed landing, a separate WC and a double bed (140x190 cm), then a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Underfloor heating in the tiled rooms and radiators in the bedrooms. Unfenced 315 m² garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a griddle. Pet supplement: €7 per day. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 toilet seat adapter.
Unheated chlorine swimming pool shared with the owner (shower and toilet within the pool area, 9.50 x 4.50 m and 1.40 m deep, open from June to September and secured by a barrier). Table, chairs, and parasol on the pool deck. Swing set, slide, sandpit. Fishing in the Dordogne River 500 m away. The cottage is located in a quiet residential hamlet near the renowned vineyards of the Bergerac region (Monbazillac, Pécharmant, etc.). Numerous sites to visit, including Bergerac with its old quarters featuring half-timbered houses, fortified towns (bastides), and castles. Towards the Gironde estuary, you can visit the sites of Saint-Michel-de-Montaigne with its tower and Montcaret, famous for its Gallo-Roman villa, then Saint-Émilion and Bordeaux. This cottage can, to a certain extent, accommodate people with disabilities when accompanied: the level of accessibility should be checked beforehand with the owner depending on the degree of disability.
