About this house rental
This super clean 3 bedroom home is just off the access road and offers beautiful mountain views! This home is not a share or party house. The first floor has a new mud room with new full sized washer and dryer. There is a galley kitchen fully equipped with new pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, crockpot, and all of the essential items to prepare meals. The dining area has an expandable dining table. This level also has an updated full bath. The sunken living room has a wood stove and is tastefully decorated with leather couches and RH accessories. Enjoy a movie on the 75” TV or choose one of the many games for evening fun! Heating is forced air with humidification at 35% for your comfort. The 6 person hot tub is just off the living room on the rear deck, spectacular views and star gazing at night. The spiral staircase brings you to 3 comfortable bedrooms and renovated full bath. Bedroom one has queen bed, bedroom two has been renovated with a queen bed, balcony, 65” Sony tv, and a remote work space with monitor and collapsing standing desk. The third bedroom also has updates and is furnished with a queen bed.
Located on five acres about half way up the access road makes this a convenient yet private location. All the restaurants and shops are right at the end of the road. Wi-Fi. Only 3 miles to the lifts and golf course! Smoke and Pet free environment.

Well kept, clean, well managed property. Super close to the mountain. Generous use of the firewood for the wood stove. Loved it!

We had an amazing New Year’s stay at Lens Place in Killington and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a winter getaway. The location is unbeatable close to the mountain, restaurants, and everything Killington has to offer making it incredibly convenient after long days of skiing. The space was warm, welcoming, and ideal for relaxing and celebrating the New Year with friends. Everything was well-maintained, thoughtfully laid out, and exactly as described. Communication was easy and seamless, which made the entire stay stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lens Place to anyone looking for a top-tier Killington stay.
